Galway, at the very western shores of Europe. Up next to the west is Boston, USA, and you might see it if you squint your eyes from the Galway Bay looking westwards. The location at the very edge of Europe is a challenge geographicalwise, however it turns out to be an asset making it even more relevant to cooperate with European partners and engage in transnational projects.
Such is doing the University of Galway with our irish partners being very much engaged in our ResNRJwater partnership. This time the University of Galway is hosting the 5th Partner Meeting from November 18 - 20, 2025.
A warm welcome to the partners from continental Europe has been organized at the venue of our first day gathering...
Niall O´Brolchain and Edward Curry alongide with the ResNRJwater project coordinator Lisa Schiferle welcoming the partners. Niall o´Brolchain is a researcher in the eGovunitat the Insight Centre for Data Analytics at NUIGalway and Edward Curry is the Established Professor of Data Science and Director of the Insight SFI Research Centre for Data Analytics and Data Science Institute at the University of Galway.
